The Provenance Integrity Council is a group of independent stakeholders selected to help us navigate the complexities of transparent and traceable supply chains and keep us accountable externally.

Why we set up an Integrity Council

We believe no one should mark their own homework. More than anyone we need to be kept accountable externally for the decisions we make and the direction we take as a business, which is why we decided to create an integrity council.

With diverse backgrounds and expertise, our council members will meet quarterly to review the changes made to our Transparency Framework, make sure we are always steering in the right direction, and ensure that our approach to transparency captures the complexity and nuance involved when helping business make a positive impact on people and planet.

The Provenance Integrity Council was launched publicly in May 2020 with the first meeting held on the 19th of May 2020. The minutes of every council meeting are made publicly available here.
